I hope it's OK to post this notice in the "community news" section as I thought it most closely matched the intent of the message.
I would like to extend an invitation to those involved with "Altadena wants a Co-op" to attend any of the Altadena Chamber of Commerce mixers (next one is 4/23 - I think) as well as the Chamber's upcoming Golf event (May 1).
If nothing else, it's a great opportunity to spread your word, share ideas and speak to some other of Altadena's business owners.

Hi Ed,
Yes this forum is very appropriate place for Chamber mixer announcements. I attended one a few months back and was impressed by the friendliness of the people there and their enthusiasm for Altadena business issues.
