Outreach Volunteer Orientation

The Arroyo Food Co-op is in the Membership phase... this is our opportunity to engage the masses. Whether it is tabling at farmer's markets, at our coffee shop or film events, or with our friends or neighbors, each volunteer plays a pivotal role in our co-op's future.
For all volunteers who are interested in engaging our communities in dialog about the Arroyo Food Co-op, the Membership Team has set up a volunteer orientation to facilitate a group collaboration on the following:
* Review of the basics of organizing
* Discussion of reasoning for joining the co-op
* Authoring of a concise and deliverable message / dialog lead-in
* Role plays and critique of the message
Also, if you have previously tabled at the farmer's market or given group talks, please attend this event as your experience will be valued and valuable to all volunteers future and present.
This should be fun! Please let me know if you're interested in attending so I may make room arrangements as needed at the Zephyer Coffee House.
