Position: Secretary/Historian

Description: We need a dependable person to help us keep our meeting agendas and minutes in order. This person will publish drafts for founding team review, then publish (possibly revised) final copies to the web site to keep our community informed. You will keep copies of these documents (and possibly others) in a way that is safe and accessible. As part of the founding team your ideas/concerns/questions will have equal consideration as those of the other members.

Commitment: About 3 to 4 hours weekly
- attend weekly meetings (1-2 hours each)
- draft meeting minutes, post to Yahoo! group (about 1 hour weekly)
- draft agenda, post to Yahoo! group (about 1/4 hour)
- incorporate comments from founding team into drafts, post to web site (1/2 hour weekly)

Skills needed:
- good listening and writing skills
- enough knowledge of computers/software/internet to write and publish documents
- ability to consistently attend to these duties each week

Compensation:
